The South African Sports Association for the Intellectually Impaired for para-athletes with an intellectual disability (SASA-II) promotes and develops sport and recreation for all people with an Intellectual Disability in South Africa.
SASA-II strives to put up programs that will assist in developing all the codes on all levels i.e. training of athletes as well as officials that they are able to be as competent as can be to compete on the local and on the world stage. That these athletes and officials, act as ambassadors for their province and their country. It will be through the help of funding that SASA-II will strive to give equipment, sport facilities and attend to needs of all the affiliates that cater for the Intellectually Impaired athletes of our country.
